Taco Bell Coming To Harrisburg Mall Food Court

Fast-casual restaurant expected to open in first quarter 2013

BALTIMORE, MD (November 29, 2012) – Fast-casual restaurant Taco Bell has signed a lease at Harrisburg
Mall, a one million square foot regional retail project co-owned and managed by the partnership group of St.
John Properties, Inc. and Petrie Ross Ventures, and located on Paxton Street in Harrisburg.
Expected to open in the Mall’s Food Court by first quarter 2013, Taco Bell offers a variety of
Mexican-style menu items including burritos, tacos, gorditas, salads, nachos and other specialty items.
“Taco Bell is an extremely popular restaurant brand that adds diversity to our strong mix of
Food Court tenants,” explained Bill Russell, Director of Harrisburg Mall. “We continue to seek, and have
experienced strong interest from, additional fast-casual retailers that will further improve the selection and variety
of our food choices.”

Located on a 61-acre parcel on Paxton Street off Exit 45 of Interstate 83, Harrisburg Mall has
approximately 70 tenants, including Aeropostale, Bath and Body Works, Champs Sports, Claire’s, Express, Foot
Locker, Kay Jewelers, New York and Company, Radio Shack, Victoria’s Secret and others. Free-standing Toys
“R” Us and Applebee’s are also part of the tenant mix. One anchor store — previously occupied by Boscov’s until
its corporate bankruptcy in 2008 — remains available for lease. The Mall received a $60 million exterior and
interior renovation approximately five years ago.

The population within a 10-mile radius of Harrisburg Mall exceeds more than 360,000 people,
including 148,000 households with an average household income of nearly $73,000.
